You're all welcome to attend restorative justice training every Tuesday in November - starting next Tue 11/7, 5-7pm at SJC. Taught by Jonathan Scharrer of UW Law School, and able to be tailored to suit the needs of who's showing up. Will do some practice in restorative conflict resolution, work on learning more healthy communication and working with conflicting demands on spaces, etc. Join us!
We set this up with the new-ish Peace Practice group working at the Social Justice Center 1202 Williamson (where the trainings will be) and we want to invite you and anyone you think would be interested. It’ll still be a small-ish group, maybe 10 people or so. You’re welcome.
Also, if you want to schedule a training like this for a specific community or location, we can help with that.
