We're realizing sometimes we start a group thread then lose track of what's happening.
Are people available to do work this week? We have stuff to do at SJC.
We also want to check in so we know what's happening with the project overall - when some of you are coordinating logistics in one-on-one threads could you loop us in via this email thread when you make plans or find you can't? We're sometimes losing track of what's in progress and what's still needed.
AND we need more help than we have right now so any of you who have some capacity to do work, let us know, and if you know people who would be interested we'd like to invite them.
